Cocoon Inn II is my go-to place in Hanoi. From my first stay, the staff kindly assisted my elderly parents. With Wi-Fi, a dryer, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV, it has everything I need. Can't wait to come back for Easter!

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and excellent service at Cocoon Inn II. The bed sheets were fresh, the lights were bright, and the bathroom was spotless. The water pressure in the shower was amazing, which was a welcome change from other hotels I've stayed at. Despite the limited breakfast menu, the food was good enough for a quick bite in the morning. The location of the inn, being in Old Quarters and near many shops, was convenient. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great location in the heart of the old quarter, giving a glimpse into the life and culture of the city. Close proximity to the night market, train station, and plenty of food and souvenir options. the staff, particularly Linh Ha and Thao, go above and beyond to provide helpful advice and assistance. They even allowed us to use the bathroom for a shower after we had checked out. Early check-in was accommodated, and the breakfast provided was simple but satisfying. Shampoo and shower gel are provided, and luggage storage is available. the hostel is kept clean and the air conditioning works well.
Felt very much at home, no complaints.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the party area but still quiet. the staff is helpful and friendly, providing recommendations for places to eat and things to do. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and privacy curtains. the amenities include electronic lockers, laundry service, and luggage storage.
The bathroom facilities could be improved, as there is only one bathroom per floor and the WiFi can be spotty in some rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at this hidden gem in Old Hanoi. The hostel was clean, modern, and offered great amenities like electronic lockers and luggage storage. The location was unbeatable, with the night market just a 3-minute walk away and everything within walking distance. The staff, including Thu and the manager, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
Hotel breakfast could be better, maybe adding more variety would be nice. The key card was a bit tricky to use, but it was only a minor inconvenience.

The hostel had a great location, being situated in the heart of the city's bustling old quarter. The free breakfast provided was a nice bonus and the beds were incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep.
The hostel lacked a common area, which made it less ideal for solo travelers looking to meet other people. Additionally, the limited number of bathrooms on each floor meant occasional waits for showers or toilets.
